$11.4 to spend on a forward. Who should I pick?

Currently, I have Charlie Davies. I already have Kai Kamara. Only player I can't get is Robbie Keane. I'm leaning towards David Villa if I want to spend it all or Octavio Rivero if I want to leave some $$$ in the bank. Would you go with either of those players or someone totally different?
