[discussion] allow players to ban toxic teammates for, let's say, 30 minutes after the game ends

I think this would be a great way to prevent people from abusing the chat and being an ignorant rascists. There could be a button near the report a player/ add friend place where you could click to ban a player for 30 minutes and 1 day If your reported twice and 2 weeks I'd your reported 3 or more times. The ban option would be 100%s where if you were clicked to be banned it would happen every time! To prevent people from abusing it you could limit the amount of people you could ban per game to let's say 7 per game and around 100 per day (700 per a week)

I think this will prevent players from being toxic because you would be afraid to be puninshed. And if players are reporting a lot of un toxic team mates riot could send them a message like " you are reporting a lot of people recently are you sure you are not falsely reporting people?

Thank you for reading my idea
