[Help] callbar problem with carrier call center options

hello, I noticed an strange problem with callbar. I called carrier call centre and answer machine gave instructions to press numbers for different services but when I pressed, it gave no response. When I disabled callbar and tried, it worked without any problem. Is there a solution for this callbar problem?
