I'd like to thank this wonderful community with a giveaway! MGSV: The Phantom Pain Nvidia Code Giveaway!

Hey there r/pcmasterrace ! I posted yesterday, discussing the brand new build that I got thanks to all the wonderful help and advice I received from this subreddit (link here) And I'd like to give back.

I know it's not much, but I know I don't plan on playing MGSV anytime soon, as I have a gigantic backlog that I'd rather be playing =P So, here are the rules!

Post your favorite story! It can be about anything, real or made up, based on anything at all! I'll check back tomorrow morning (9:00AM EST) and pick my favorite one to be the winner! I haven't read a good story in far too long! Thanks all, and looking forward to reading these! =D

EDIT: Wow, awesome stories! Sorry, slept in because ya know, Saturday and no work and stuff! Thanks so much, everyone for entering! I did, in fact, read each and every single one of the entries and I loved them! It was tough picking a winner, but one person kinda struck a chord with me... so... u/Iziama94 is the winner! Their story, whether true or not, resonates with me and is similiar to how I got into a different series (Final Fantasy in my case) so congratulations! Expect a PM from me here shortly! Thanks for all the entries, it was very entertaining!

10/10 will do again ;)
