Help with PVP team

So

I'm stuck in uppper gold, as soon as I break into diamond I get knocked back down.

I just rejigged my item bonuses to max the defending team (emmalossus).

I've got about 32 heroes with dr strange & invisible woman currently training to l14.

I'm level 205 don't have an iso armor for agent & my notable gear are:

WCD, QJ, MFG, Army of one, Bio-electric pistol and I use vigilante mask for counter. About to start researching the mandible (1 more particle to go)

I've got about 125CP and was saving for next Spec Op, but could use that for heroes/iso if it'll boost me up.

Any suggestions/tips/ideas/direction welcome
