Question about buying and selling ships for profit

If i buy, say a python, at a station with a 15% discount. Can i then sell it back to them at the standard price minus the 10%? Or is it already calculated in the game that you sell your ship for what you bought it for minus 10%? so for my already discounted ships would sell for an extra 10% less.
