Users with Two drives; OS on SSD, Userfiles on HDD (And my personal issues)

How are you guys working with the update? I updated And Sadly my default personal user cannot use start menu, any of the default apps that Win10 has. Store doesn't open what so ever. Not even settings.

It's already a pain in the ass with Nvidia drivers not letting me scale my resolution to fit my TV. So I have to deal with a small portion of my actual desktop. ..

Tried to reset the install and I can't because everything is on one drive and the OS on the other.

I used my other updating account to get from win 8 to 8.1 to see if I can reset there and still can't but on this user (It is on the C drive not the other one). Turns out I can use the start menu, store and everything else I couldn't on my personal user. This sucks is there any way to get them to work on my personal user!?

If anything I think I just might go back to 8.1 because I can't just tolerate all this. It's really annoying.

This is just issues I'm having. What about everyone else?
