Why is there no Unmasked Yi skin yet?

It would look badass in my opinion, Yi is currently meta and he is one of the most popular Melee Hyper Carry champions next to Yasuo and Riven.

Here's an example of how he would look like I found on Deviantart: http://crazymew.deviantart.com/art/Master-Yi-Skin-Idea-198387575

The name doesn't have to be Unmasked Master Yi, could also be named more badass sounding like Yi Sensei or something.
