Serato DJ Mapping Question

Long story short, I run a Numark NS7 with the full version of Serato DJ, A launchpad for one shots and looping, as well as a Launch Control for FX mappings. All three are running flawlessly through Serato. So heres the problem..... Yesterday, I picked up a DDJ-SB to bring with me to my smaller gigs. I figured I could also run the Launchpad and Launch Kontrol along side with it as long as I upgraded the software from Serato DJ Intro to the Full version. After I buy the upgrade and have all three controllers hooked up and ready to Midi Map, I realize that the software will not allow me to midi map any of the controllers. Also, the DDJ-SB will not allow me to play the track unless I disconnect one of the additional controllers. I contacted Serato's customer support, but I have a feeling I might get better help here.
