Drug test for a moderate user. Research inconclusive. Experiences would be appreciated

All the info I found on this subject was on heavy users or very light users, no in between. I had a drug test for my job spring up out of no where. The test will likely be in three days, on Monday. I am super skinny. 6'0 and 140 pounds. I smoke most weekends. Obviously I won't be smoking this weekend. Kinda freaking out here. r/trees, do you think that with a shit load of water and some vitamin b before the test I can pass?
