Before upgrading I had all my Library folders redirected to my D drive. After upgrade some of the library folders exist in both D and C:\Users
Ok, I have a small SSD so on my 8.1 install I had redirected all my Library folders that I could (downloads, music, videos, documents, etc) over to my D drive by right clicking, go to properties, then location tab and hit Move to migrate them over to my data drive.
Just did my win 10 upgrade and noticed for a few of these Libraries...namely Documents and Downloads. If I browse out to C:\Users\MyName I see a documents and a downloads folder that if I check the properties are located at C:\Users. If I look at the Documents and Downloads folders on my Quick Access bar or even by clicking on This PC I see that it is correctly pointing at the D:\ drive.
If I go run the %userprofile% command I see 2 folders each for both Documents and Downloads. If I go into C:\Users and right click on the "new" folders there is no Location tab so I can't move them over to D.
I'm guessing windows 10 no longer allows you to move these 2 particular folders over to another drive any more?
