Should I ask for a raise?

I've been working at staples for one year now, and I started off at 8.25. I am a part time sales associate, but I am constantly doing80% of the freight, the ia's job, and operations supervisors job.( I was offered both jobs, but can not do full time because of school. Of course since I said no I just do their job anyways with no extra pay; which, I am fine with.

Review came in and I got exceeds expectations on everything and a 60 cent raise. I feel kind of screwed considering the new 9.00 minimum. Would it be fair for me to ask for a raise after the increase?
