Gender Neutral Formal Titles?

So I work closely with the court system and they seem to have this fascination with formality and gendering everyone (I assume due to some kind of tradition). Everyone is referred to as Mr Such and So or Mrs/Ms/Miss Such and So. I'm binary identified (MTF) so this isn't a huge issue to me personally as Ms will suffice, but I have a number of non-binary identified friends. So what would be some formal titles used by non-binary folks out there?

-This isn't in a conservative area, I live in a super-liberal city on the west coast, so I assume its like this everywhere in the US within the justice system.

-It is super grating to be referred to as Mr XXXXX until I officially transition there, I can't wait to be Ms XXXXX. Its getting hard not to visibly cringe when people call me that or "Sir", etc

-Also, almost none of the roughly 50 women there use Ms, they just use Miss or Mrs, I don't really understand this, but obviously a woman can choose. Miss sounds nice to me and implies youth (definitely don't mind hearing Miss in public), but philosophically and as a feminist it bothers me to use that as my title.
