Nvidia GTX 960 G1 Gaming - Hard crash - Intermitten

So I purchased this GTX 960 G1 Gaming Gigabyte and it worked great when I first got it. About two days in it crashed real hard as in no BSOD just a lockup during a game of CS:GO. IT would not post after and the motherboard beeped at me (1 long, 2 short / Video card issues). I noticed that when the drives are uninstalled, the card boots just fine, once I install drivers, it crashes immediately and the fan winds up real fast. This in return causes no post and gives me the beep codes until I let it sit for roughly 10 minutes.

This is super weird and I'm sure the card may just be crap but I want to believe my first Nvidia purchase in so long wouldn't be a bad one.

Any advice would be great!
