I got this pimple that won't go away...

Or at least I(21M) think its a pimple.. Basically, its on my right cheek bone, that would get inflamed and filled with pus. I'd drain it, and it flattens out, but after a few weeks, it comes back again. I use face wash and scrub once a day. When it does get filled with pus, I noticed there's like an inch diameter of this hard flesh? under the skin. It usually gets inflamed( I think that's the word) for about a week before I can release the pus.

Are there any at home treatments I can use? I also plan to see the dr about this soon when I go in for my blood test results.
