How to lock the laptop when the lid is down

I have an Asus T100 running Windows 10,

With windows 8 I could shut the lid and the computer would sleep and lock. Now if I shut the lid, it sleeps, but when I open it again the computer doesn't lock, it just bypasses he lock screen which is really annoying. Is there a setting a I can change?
