Fun new game mode idea

A cool new game mode idea, where everyone spawns in with 1 random item, you literally get 1 completly random item as soon as you join the game. It can be Trinity, but it can be sightstone aswell.

Idk, just think this would be cool and unexpected how the game will work out. Plus lets say you picked Rengar and got Rabadon, where you would turn to AP Rengo rather than AD. Ooh and you cant sell that random item.
