Textures of water skin, arrows, etc. changed?

After the last patch (v.191) some of the textures appear to have changed. Stone arrows, tranq arrows and the waterskin were the ones I noticed. The weird thing is that I've seen the waterskin textures in some videos and stream from a few weeks ago but I had a different texture until now.
