ICF 5x5 Forever?

I have been running ICF for a while and making some great gains. However, I am now at the point where I want to be considering a more 'advanced' routine. I guess I'm at the intermediate stage, or at least, fast approaching it.

I have looked at other intermediate programs like PHAT and Lyles Bulking Routine. My main issue is the time that I would need to dedicate. I am ideally looking for a full body 3 times a week... however, I know ICF is aimed at beginners...

Can anyone chime in and give me some recommendations on how I should train going forward? I am just a casual lifter meaning that I do not compete or have any inclination to.

Thanks for any responses.

EDIT: Aesthetics are more important to me than strength, while I obviously value both, I do this to look better.
