Planning on building my first Gaming computer, need someone to review.

CAD$

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

I intend on using this build for casual gaming such as: GTA 5, CSGO, Civ 5, and other Steam games. Oh, and possibly streaming. (My friends love to watch me play games and see my reaction)

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

I don't really care about gaming on Ultra settings, but I would really like to see atleast High graphics, 1080p, and atleast 30 fps on Gta 5. The other games I play aren't as graphically intensive as Gta 5, and can pretty much run on any other PC.

Sorry for being so specific :p

What is your budget?

I'm a pretty casual gamer, my budget isn't large; so maximum $650 CAD. (Which is like $500 USD)

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

Ohhhh Canadaaaaa

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.

Would prefer to stay with an Nvidia graphics card, but will switch if you absolutely recommend it.

I don't plan on doing any overclocking at all.

I already have an HDD.

I can wait until about Christmas before buying. So if anything new is coming out soon that you think would be great, please tell me. :)

Questions Would this computer work?

How would one go about on making a dual monitor setup? Would this computer be able to handle it?
