A trip to EU LCS Berlin
Note-if there were any grammatical mistakes, english is not my native language.
First of I went to the LCS studio in Berlin to see the last regulary week of the EU LCS week 9. So I want to share the experience how it is for a fan to be at the studio.
So first it is a big door with a painting of league of legends to symbolize that here is the studio. When you are inside there is a store to the right when you can buy all things of merchandise like figures and statues, the same as you can buy at riot store. Straght ahead is some guys that will give you a bracelet when you show your ticket. You will also get a set of ballons to blow up. One red and one white. Many probably have seen this at Twitch during LCS. Futher to the left is a store when you can buy any drinks like sodas and hog dogs, nachos and dip etc to bring with you up to the audience. To the right of the store is the famous wall when people are taking pictures with the players after the game.
When you go to the actual stage you will see simulary the same as you will see at the stream. The big screen and the blue and red side. And the casters is standing behind the audiance. During the 1 hour of waiting before the show starts there is some competitions that happends. Example- who has got the most tripple kills during the split? and then your suppose to stand up and scream the answer. Also riot are throwing some plastic made bananas and oranges etc. (The banana is probably for the caster 'Joe Miller' because it stands 'banana's op on it ^^.
After the game is finish, there might be a fan meet when you can take picture with the players. I personally took picture with Rekkles and the Fnatic guys, talked to Dailor, Power Of Evil, Vardags and some anothers of the UOL. You have also the opportunity to meet the casters like Krepo, Quickshoot, PiraTechnics and Deficio.
This is my first post and i just wanted to share how it is to come to EU LCS Berlin. Hope you find it interesting and i would definitely recommend to come to the studio.
