Nooby Superhero Watcher

I started watching and finished every season of daredevil, Arrow, and the flash and i really enjoyed myself. I want to watch some superhero movies now (only seen the batman movies from the 90s and ironman 1), and definitely the suicide squad movie when it comes out. the problem is idk where to start. id like a list for DC and Marvel. now if i can get away with starting with movies from the 2000s that would be great.
