Any good mod packs with buildcraft/rail craft?

Is the tekkit/technic mod packs still usable with the newer versions of minecraft? If not are there any similar mod packs you like playing? I enjoyed the railcraft and conveyer systems you could make so if there are any similar packs that contain those kind of contraptions please suggest them.

Thanks, im returning after a 2 year hiatus so I'm not that updated with what has changed.
