[Purchasing Help] Looking for 27" 1440p IPS monitor

So I'm currently using a fairly old 23" Philips monitor and I'm looking to upgrade.

After looking for monitors that have a higher refresh rate than 60hz as well as 1440p and IPS I didn't have much luck and decided to forgo the high refresh rate requirement of my search.

I'm an animator and do a lot of 3D work/art hence my preference for an IPS panel, but I'm also an avid PC gamer. I don't mind not having a super low latency monitor, so as long as there's no noticeable input delay I'm fine.

These are the options I'm considering at the moment:

BenQ GW2765HT

Asus PB278QR

BenQ BL2710PT

I'd prefer to keep my budget under or around £400. Uk based (obviously). If anyone has any advice on my decision I'd be very grateful. :)
