Need help with mounting the bicycle crank.

Hi r/bikewrench,

so, my old crank completely got destroyed after some pig attacked it with a hammer, its a short story but who cares.

So, I wanted to mount my bicycle crank but I can't really fix it I was about to fix the bolt when the socket wrench is too big, the imprint fits but the whole socket is too thick.

Do I need new bolts with different imprint to fix it with different tools or do I make something hugely wrong? Or do I just have the wrong sockets?

I could upload pictures tomorrow, everything right now is in the garage.
