Question for script holders

Anyone else here have a hard time filling their oxy scripts when the time comes? I have only had mine for a few months and it has been a real pain in the ass. Any tips to help make it easier? I get told they do not have them over and over and you can't call to find out because I assume they are worried they will be robbed.
