How can the Christian belief be not Pantheistic?

If Christians take this part of the Bible seriously: "...one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all." (Ephesians 4:6), then it must mean that God is everything, and thus likewise everything is God.

This can be proved logically (proof by contradiction):

Let's assume there is some object X that is not God.

But because of the above statement God must be in there, too. So we take out the part Y of X that is God in there. This means that X without Y must now be definitely not God. But here again inside X without Y there must also be God (according to above statement), and so on. Therefore every part of X contains God. There is no part of X that does not contain God. Therefore X cannot be "not God". This is a contradiction to the above statement.

Therefore nothing can be not God.

Therefore everything is God = Pantheism.
