Windows 10 not installing.

I have Windows 7 and today it told me I can upgrade. I upgraded, and it went to the screen with the big circle and the percent. When it got to 8%, it like restarted and said "Returning to previous version of Windows" and it took me back to Windows 7.

Now on Get Windows it says Windows is downloading.

Why couldn't I install Windows 10?
