In EP1 at the start in the classroom. Mr. Jefferson says "Seriously though, I could frame any one of you in a dark corner, and capture you in a moment of desperation." Because you know he drugs you and takes you back to the "Dark Room"

Was that a hint for Episode 4? It just seems so coincidental
