Quicky Sealing Cancelations?

Back in my day (the 80s) sealing cancelations usually seemed to take years (especially when there wasn't any adultery, apostasy or abuse). My sister-in-law is expecting to get one and get sealed to someone new in about a month. Have they really speeded up the process that much?

(She was divorced a year ago, but only just applied for the cancellation. Her husband to be was divorced about four months ago. In neither case was there infidelity and their ex-spouses are still in the church.)
