Can we please sticky the fact them at low return values usually don't give anything back?

It seems that everyday there's always at least 10 posts/comments of people complaining they didn't get anything back with a return under a dollar. Mir doesn't matter if it's on the sidebar or in the FAQ because the majority of people obviously don't look at it.
