What color is this BMW?

Looking at some E46s on craigslist and I found this: http://cnj.craigslist.org/ctd/5138612046.html

Running the vin says its Mysticblau Metallic, but it doesn't seem dark enough. For example, a google search for the same color gives me this: http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p280/dbpiche/DSCF0003.jpg

Could it just be lighting? Or is there possibly small variation in shade between different cars?
