Help! My Liege's Kingdom is getting shit on. What do I do?

I'm a vassal to King Harlaus of the Kingdom of Swadia, and this crazy ass King keeps going to war with the Nords, Rohloks, and the Vaegirs. Needless to say, fighting a war with three fronts is impossible, and we are getting destroyed.

Nearly all our southern lands are taken by the Nords, Northern Lands by the Vaegirs, and since the marshall keeps focusing on the Rohloks, we managed to have a stalemate east.

I'm worried for my own sake really. I just got a castle for the first time and suddenly it's bordering 3 nations. What happens if the worst comes? What should I do?
