Leaderboard software now standalone

I've been having massive issues with the server, so I went ahead and embedded Jetty into the Leaderboard software so it can be run as a standalone program.

This works just like a normal java program. Run the war file via 'java -jar Leaderboard.war'. A console will come up and a web browser window will open. Use the browser to do whatever with the board and close the console when you're done.
