Why is my Windows 10 Upgrade is stuck at 32%

I'm upgrading my old Sony VAIO to Windows 10 from Windows 7. I downloaded the package and updated but now after it's restarted it's stuck at 32%. It has been at that number for about 6 hours. I forced turned it off and tried again and now it's stuck at 32% again. Anyone know what's up?
