I'm writing a screenplay that has two cops requesting backup. I need some help sounding official.

I want them to say that they found a dead body On 113 Avenue A, and are requesting backup because the suspect is still in the area.

I just don't want to sound like a jerk or ignorant.

EDIT: It's set in Texas, if that helps.
