I wish girls didn't always say "yes" when I ask them out on a date.

I asked out some girl here and she said yes, she'd go to the mall with me. Pretty much she's not going to go. Some other guy told me, Colombian girls always say yes, and then cancel at the last minute. It's kind of rude isn't it? It's better to just say no, like girls from most other countries.
