The CV known as Bouge: Which setup do I choose?

Alright I just got the Bouge, and I like it so far. But I'm faced with a dilemma: Which setup do I choose?

• 1. 1 Fighter squadron + 1 Torpedo squadron(Identical to the earlier Langley)

• 2. 1 Torpedo squadron + 2 Dive bomber squadrons(Total destruction of anything surface based, but with no aircover)

• 3. 2 Fighter squadrons + 1 Dive bomber squadron(Maximum air superiority)

I would really love to go with setup 2. but that leaves me very vurnerable to fighters.
