Polybags for other modulars

This might be farfetched, but when The Detective's Office (10246) was released, LEGO also released the Flower Cart polybag (40140)

The flower cart sorta went with the theme of the modular.

Now that I have finally built all 10 modulars, does anyone recall if any of the previous modulars had these polybags?

Cheers
