[Question] Can't pin down what is causing several apps to crash on launch or log me out when closed?

Question

Details about device: iPhone 6, iOS 8.4 (jailbroken)

The problem: I recently updated my phone's iOS from 8.1 (which was jailbroken) to 8.4 (also jailbroken). Things were going pretty smoothly, but after a couple hours of exploring new stuff in Cydia and installing and uninstalling several tweaks, I'm noticing a good number of my apps are behaving strangely.

Crashing apps: Mailbox, Sunrise Calendar, Facebook Messenger, Any.Do, Day One, Hours (by Tapity) Other Strange Behaviors: Spark (email app) would forget all of my email logins every time I closed the app (specifically swiped it closed); Facebook at one point asked me "Continue as [my name]?" as if I had logged out;

The commonality between all of these apps -- except for Hours -- is that you login to an account to use them.

What I've tried so far: Granted, I have been able to fix most of them by deleting and reinstalling them (unfortunately losing some data along the way), but I am still noticing some apps crashing. I installed CrashReporter from Cydia, and I keep getting notifications that some apps are crashing in the background.

I've deleted and reinstalled most of the apps that were giving me trouble, but I decided to keep Sunrise how it is so that I could see if I might be able to pin down what is causing it to crash.

Strangely, those apps still crash when I boot my iPhone in Safe Mode / no Substrate.

I've tried uninstalling the newer tweaks that I recently downloaded, which didn't help either.

Here is the Crash log of the last Sunrise crash from CrashReporter. Here is a list of tweaks I currently have installed.

Recently installed/updated package(s): I can't remember which tweaks I uninstalled, but the latest of my currently installed apps are AppHide, BrowserChanger, Emoji83+, iBlank, and Untrusted Hosts Blocker.

Thanks so much for your help guys.
