Curse of the Missing

So this is a pretty simple idea for a curse, but I think it would be cool. This curse removes the hud for the floor. This means that you are no longer able to see how many bombs, keys and coins you have, what tarot card(s)/rune(s)/pill(s) you have, what trinket(s) you have and what active item you have. Maybe it could get rid of the sound that tells you if your active item is fully charged? The game would look even cooler without the hud too. It would really make for a good challenge.
