Should we replace this subfloor?

We are renovating a bedroom of my mom's house and her dog isn't the best of roomates. The floor looks bad to me but this is the first time I've done this. We are putting in 12mm laminate with a 3mm pad underneath. Do we need to replace the floor we found underneath? http://imgur.com/gallery/V908y
