My CS:GO addiction, need help
Hey guys, im 15 years old and play video games since im 4 or 5 years old. When i was 5-13 years it was good in control, even when i played maybe a few hours sometimes. I played the Mario games, Pokémon and some other games, i really enjoyed it, especially playing this games with friends or family. But when i was 14 i found CS:GO - and got addicted to it very fast, played a few hours every day and now after a bit more than one year i already played ~2k hours. In this time i didnt played other Videogames. And i have to notice, that after maybe 1k hours, it stopped to be fun, i just played more, because i was "forced" to play more, because of my friends, who are all playing CS:GO. Im thinking every day, what i could have done in this 2k hours in real life. I could have learned a new language, playing an Instrument very well or something other. But even when i have this mindset, it is so hard to really stop playing it forever.
2 months ago, i started stopgaming the first time. At this time i started along with stopgaming, nofap, a diet and to workout. It was very nice and it all worked ~4 Weeks, but then i failed at nofap and step by step i failed at all this things. Now im here a few weeks later, no motivation to start again any of this things. Just to say it, for me playing CS:GO makes no fun the most of time, i just play it because of friends and because its just so simple, to sit down at the PC and dont do anything the whole day. I know i could do many things, that would be better, but i have no motivation and willpower now.
I just wanted to write my story off and now a few things: -can u give me some tips to get motivation and willpower back -what are u doing when u are stressed, instead of playing video games
Thank u guys! (Sry for Bad english)
