Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator question?

So on 25 when whole drama was going on with steam exploiting so you can access someone's acc with they're acc username.I was scared so i rushed and added steam guard mobile authenticator.I forgot to right my recovery code down so i can remove mobile authenticator and now i have to wait for steam support.Will they answer me?
