Uncut and too sensitive?

So I'm gay and uncut, and I've been really getting out there lately and hooking up a lot lately. What I've noticed is anytime a guy sucks my dick it's like painful it's so sensitive and feels weird. Pretty much the last 4 times I've hooked up I've finished myself off. I've heard of death grip and I think that could be part of if so I'm easing back. I also thought that maybe people just didn't know what to do with me being uncut and there's a different technique that works better.
