Am I being trolled by my Troll RDA?

Hey gang. I just got a nice package from the mailman from Kidney Puncher. I got everything I need to rebuild but as I was unpacking everything I found I cannot for the life of me get the top part of the RDA to come off or even spin (to change airflow)

I'd like to try getting my first build done tonight, but I'm not going to be able to without messing with the top cap. If you have any thoughts, please help!
