That's why I can't build anymore of these. I made several trips down to my "shop" to make adjustments to the box. I went through 3 battery sled design revisions and at one point I couldn't even get the batteries back out of the box. Never again.

Yeah I should have ask you about your build before taking on this challenge. If only that box was a few mm wider it would be perfect.

Exactly. 3mm would be more than enough. I never sold mine, I am afraid to sell it. It is just sitting on my desk.
