[REQUEST]Need help and suggestions, no money for food, medication, bills and my chronic disease just flared up.(Germany)

I´ve posted here already about a month ago. I cannot find the post, but I´ve recieved some nice tips back then, but am still, maybe even more, struggeling.

I´m very much in need of ..well everything from food to medications and hope someone could help me out. Long story short is that my partner´s source of income was cancelled 2 months ago and on top of that, we got a huge bill. The bill doesn´t even concern me now, we´ll pay it off in rates once my partner´s back on their feet in september/october but right now, I have to pay the rent and all bills that are usually split between us on my own.Whilemean, my partner is back in their home country taking care of their finances,living with family to have food and neccecities I´m here alone with the bills and stuff.

During the past 2 months, I´ve sold stuff, I made some small money here and there as much as possible. Problem is I´m also chronically ill (Crohn´s disease) and can´t do more than I already do. On top of that, the stressful situation caused a „flare“(worsening of the condition) and I had to seek medical help, got a pipe through the nose to recieve liquid nutrition because I was suffering bad malnutrition from the flare and the past weeks of poor eating.I can´t even afford my medication right now, not to mention liquid nutrition. I have nearly nothing to eat at home, stuff like milk, joghurt, fruits, oats ect won´t reach past this weekend. My food choices are also limited during a flare, making it harder to live cheaply. My bills are just piling up (15 Euro/18 USD- Medications 49 Euro/54 USD- Bill for liquid nutrition 13 Euro/14 USD- Bill for medical supplies (pipe through the nose ect) 55 Euro/60 USD- upcoming electricity bill due the 15th 18 Euro/19 USD- unpaid phonebill) and I have zero balance on my account and less than 3 Euro in my wallet. I´m at my wits' end, I have no idea what to do.

I made an amazonwishlist for food (http://www.amazon.de/gp/registry/wishlist/WG3TTX9NW9UE/ref=cm_wl_rlist_go_o?), unfortunately I already know it´s a problem for people from the US and other countries to make gifts on german amazon and the shipping prices from amazon.com to Germany are crazy high. If though you let me know what you´d want to get me and help me out via paypal/amazon giftcard I´d gladly provide proof (screenshot of order or photo of getting the package in the mail) so you can be sure I´m not scamming and use the donation as intended.

I´m open for suggestions, however I feel I tried out most things. I can´t become a member of most mturk-things because I´m not from the US, I did and still do a few easy jobs online , they don´t pay too much though and it seems a gamble wether I get paid or not: I didn´t get paid twice (and even if it´s „just“ over 10 USD, it´s a shitty feeling getting scammed when you´re in need). I´m at my wits' end, so any support and suggestions are welcome.
