[Help] ENB causing odd black screen+flare combo randomly.

Sometimes when I look at very distant fires this happens to my screen, and it sometimes hurts my eyes, I've noticed that disabling bloom disables the flare, but the fade to black for a split second doesn't go away. Anyone know what setting disables this damned thing? And no, it's not Lens, I have Lens off.
