Training New Hire on Line

Hey all! So the time has finally come for me to train a new hire on the line next week! I'm a bit excited and also a bit anxious as I have never done this before. Do you guys have any pointers in order for me to be a good trainer? What do you do to feel confident? How can I be as effective as possible?
